Hm, here, those who study the medicine field kinda learn that there are other aspects beside the 'concrete' medicine. They are teached that the medical act doesn't end at some surgeries/prescriptions and so on. They end up learning, willing or not, that the patients are living, that they are also living in some good/bad/harsh environments. So, in the end, they have to learn how to cope with all those factors.

Well personally it's not hate but the matter of ethics and the quality of their translation. As for the person you mentionned, I guess he just found out about Webnovel through some mean and never got really interested into the matter, all those things can help you determine a bit about his personnality and I'd say, not particulary attractive to me. Because I'm an intern, they let me feel that I am JUST an intern. Sometimes, I am trying to be polite by striking a small conversation but they answer me with sarcasm. Well, not all hospital staff are like that. And some also are fond of talking behind someone's back. I think those scenarios are commonplace.

Ah yeah… I guess no matter where you go, as long as there's an hierarchy or even seniors, it'll be like that unfortunately? Or maybe it's related to stressful places instead, it's the same for me too (except you have crappy waiters for think they'll bosses as well, even though they're the most worthless units).

The residents are really good to us interns. They only scold us of we really mess up. It was the other hospital staff who would "bully" us.

Well, I say diet, but all I really do is checking that I don't prepare too much food and that I resist temptation to eat any sweets or drink anything above 0% sugar...
Everyone is against me in this as they always gift me snacks...
So hard to resist with chocolate an both of my tables, in the closet and generally wherever I look q.q
