  Does Never Die Twice even have anything special? It looked just like a normal average rpg novel to me

    You're correct. "Never Die Twice" is a normal litRPG novel. The antagonists are gods from Norse mythology. The MC is an undead creature. Level ups don't feel impactful. If you've read a lot of LitRPG, then this is just another one of those, but if you've never read LitRPG before, then this one isn't a bad choice for beginners.
