@Katsono basically, if you are going to give your opinion on a topic, at least put in the effort to become informed enough to make a coherent statement. If people are talking about microwaving food for example, dont tell them to cover their food in aluminum foil, since you think it makes the food taste better (extreme and silly example, but its to exemplify my point).

Always been that way.

Apart from the people who give novels 1* after reading and disliking it, there are 2 other reasons for those 1*s.
1)Trolls.

2. Novel has a genre or tag that they dislike.( I've seen a reviewer giving a novel 1* cos it was based on a game he disliked, and yeah, the reviewer did that without reading it)
