そっち系の曲って一般人は引くだろうし、アニメ映像付きだったら気まずいし、さすがにデートで歌うのもな...... context: MC is dating and they go to a karaoke box, but he only knows anime songs and this part is to explain why it's bad. I don't know what 引く means in this context, there are many japanese articles about karaoke that use this word but I still can't understand (and translate) it
when selecting a song from the selection, I saw an anime song....this is definitely not something you sing on a date I believe this is it
そっち系の曲って一般人は引くだろうし、= that type of song would make ordinary people taken aback アニメ映像付きだったら気まずいし、= and if would be awkward it's using anime video さすがにデートで歌うのもな...... = definitely to sing it in a date is.......... 引く = to draw back (imagine in anime when people take a step back in awkward moment) *and it would be awkward if it use anime video
jephyr is pretty much right I think. Anyways, I was searching up and found this site: https://hinative.com/en-US/questions/1278750 This caught my eye in the featured answer: "「一般人」は、格上の話者が周りをバカにしてる" and it basically means that the speaker who uses 「一般人」is putting himself in a superior position. Kinda ties in with the author's choice of word "そっち系".
To support what jephyr said, check out definition 3 here. There's even a comparable example sentence.
そっち系の曲って一般人は引くだろうし -Normal people will feel disgusted/put off with that sort of song. アニメ映像付きだったら気まずいし、-Not to mention if the PV is one of those "Anime PV", it'd be awkward too. さすがにデートで歌うのもな...... To sing that during a date is just...you know?...
