Pretty much the last two are more or less still being translated, I have atm found the second un translatable because I couldn't find any raws, leaving the first as a reasonable option.

And based on the recent comment he is looking to hand it over to someone else. The MC is pretty unique and easy to get attached to. Has a whole volume translated already, it is not r-18 for the most part (there is some talk about r-18 stuff but more of in a cultural slice of life way and again just talk of it, probably more like r-15 at worst).
