I recall before volume 4 was taken down this happened. When they defeated the orc leader and shaman, they got a lot of gold. I remember being ticked off how it was split between Renji party and angel girl group. They got the lowest for the captain 100 gold and shaman 40 gold, 140 split rewards. It was our main party who killed the shaman too, without any help from anyone. Am I remembering right? Also, in volume 2 wasn't there a bounty reward for Deathpatch?

Depends on the bookstore. Mom and Pop run bookstore? Probably not. Barnes and Noble? Good chance that it is.
but the novel is much better in describing parupiro and the only one I agree on the character that match with the description of the novel is Ranta on the anime. and the way the pictures depicted parupiro emotionaly doomed face is much better than the soft and clean haruhiro that looks like a child on the anime.
