Rip. I think you would be more productive trying to further your Japanese knowledge but that's a lot of time to spend for a single chapter...
The author rewrote the flow of the story, so I had began to translate the rework from chapter 1 http://moonbunnycafe.com/slave-career-planner/ also it has a new entry in NUF http://www.novelupdates.com/series/a-slave-career-planner-can-be-a-successful-profession-2/
The I can talk to animals and demons and the forgot the name but it's a fantasy setting and it uses catalyst using the color blue green and etc
If you promise not to become a for-profit translator, I can suggest one or two that I'm keeping in reserve. Japanese, of course, I can't read chinese. Or, you can take the one I previously suggested "We Survived The End Of The World" currently machine-translated by xCalibur (1 chapter split into 3 parts, but he only completed part 1& 2), but it seems he's labelled it as hiatus. It's a very easy story and completed at 12 chapters, so it's the perfect story for a new translator. Do inform xCalibur first though, in case he has a problem with it. But considering that he's announced he's not working on it, maybe he got no problem letting it go. You'd probably want to start from the very start because... well... it was machine translated. The Pickup Request for this title is here http://forum.novelupdates.com/posts/1115616/
Second life is being translated by estelion with permission from the author so I don't recommend picking it up >_< Why don't you try picking up something fresh? That way there's no pressure (because no one knows about it) or you can dibs it if you're into that. There can be a lot of drama over a new TL picking up a project suddenly so I advise caution :')
Yes, each chapter is long, but it makes up for the low number of chapters. I originally suggested it because people kept moaning that Japanese protagonists are wimps. There is nothing wimpy about this protagonist. I gave it away because I don't have time to translate it since I have 2 titles on my belt.
I am not sure if I should be happy about this. Its going to be another few good episodes and a disappearance again. If its Joeglens that picks it up again, I am sure its gonna be going on a long hiatus. That site is just a burial ground for novels anyway.
Okay i won't translate Second life, i'll probably choose "We Survived The End Of The World" or "Ring Ring"
^ This please! Although the author has stopped working/publishing the web novel. The last translator, who was TLing Souen no Historia, stopped working on this until the author decided to comeback, but I heard nothing from both of them.
Nah... The current Magi's Grandson is only an edited machine translation. If it possible, resume the translation where the Japteam left before and people will be happy even if you are slow.
Knights & Magic is listed as dropped in Skythewood, but idk. Maybe The Other World Dining Hall? it's last release was a year ago, so it should be safe to pick up right? that was such a nice novel too, one of the few cooking novels I really like.
I mean... if your quality is good and stuff, I've been trying to request people to do this one. It's economics based it seems like. I'd prefer if you just redid it from CH1 though since the other 2 basically didn't do much.
