As in title, i'm searching for a novel with an evil MC. No, that does not mean novels about the ruthless guy who takes revenge for stepping on his shoe and decimates sects-that is useless pride+stupidity. Or the ones where the MC is just vilified, and/or his actions are misunderstood. And no, the Warlock of the Magus World is not evil, just a realist using the simplest solutions available. I don't mind, if the ultimate goal is positive, as long, as the main is actually using seriously underhanded means to get there (something like in " The Dark King "). A gritty,heavy atmosphere would also be nice, but is not necessarily required. I would appreciate a short description of some kind, because usually the synopsis is just useless, and the reviews are completely conflicting. Thank you guys in advance .
Martial Emperor Reborn The MC is kind of mostly pragmatic, but he basically finds out that he benefits from torturing souls of people he kill so he does that. He needlessly use violence even when he has other solutions and such because he basically prefers these kinds of methods. (Combination of what he likes + the intimidation factor to save himself from future troubles.) So idk if you'd really call it evil, or at least not the kind you're looking for, but he does go out of his way.

I envy your lack of knowledge on MGA. Read the reviews before or if you are planning to start. Remember to change your mindset to 'rape is ok if you are the MC' and make sure you can revert back to real world mindset of it.
