Let's hope this works. I'm thinking of two formats: We post stuff we learned each new day. Someone posts new information such that everybody watching the thread can learn something each new day. Which do you guys prefer?
Isn't both actually the same? I learn something new, and post it here, that way everyone can learn something new and at the same time someone else makes the same and I learn something new
One is you post stuff, the other is other people post stuff, if you are okay with both, then click 1 and 2. Oh you can only click one. So click the one you like more, learn stuff or teach stuff.
Not really. The second option involves dissemination of knowledge that is likely to benefit a large amount of people. Not everyone will be posting in option 2.
That sounds fun! I love to shove unnecessary information up peoples noses <3 Do we start in this thread or make a new one?
You do realize that there is already a whole big reddit thread for this that is really popular right?
lets go with two. if you think of a cool idea that you think no one has done before, and google it, google can now know and steal that idea.
I like option 1 more since it's like a collection of random facts and everyone reading can learn something either way. ...well DID YOU KNOW that if the earth had rings, you would see a big fat line, if you were to look at the sky in Equador?
this.......... remind me with thread that full off what some people call useless trivia~ I forget where I read it but I remember there info why onani is "banned" and it show the root of the word~ also where the word "Tavern" come from~
Today i learn that, bees have 5 eyes. There are 3 small eyes on the top of a bee's head and 2 larger ones in front. Easy sonic boom, crack of a whip is actually a tiny sonic boom, since the tip breaks the sound barrier.
and DID YOU KNOW that even though acetic acid is a "weak" acid it would totally etch your hand within seconds while you could stick your hand in the "strong" acid hydrochloric acid for at least 10 sec without anything happening -> because acetic acid is an organic acid it etches into your hands fat layer immediately while the other doesn't :3 (I study chemestry and a profs ex-girlfriend wanted to take revenge on him by using a ->weak<- acid...bye bye profs hand :'D)
