Cook it in boiling water for a few mins then drain it, rinse it a few times till the water is clear and not cloudy to get rid of excess flour/starch on the noodles also stops it getting soggy so fast, then boil some water add the flavoring and noodles and what ever topping you want.
i don't know man. My noodles are separated into two parts;the actual noodle and the flavorings. I used to eat it raw but its kinda tasteless and bland. But I think its better to eat it raw then drink boiling water...
why not both? when i want a snack, i crushed it a bit, and eat it as it is, without seasoning. otherwise, i'll boil it with water, crack some egg, and add extra topping like how normal people eat. some tips (i dunno, but i enjoy it this way better) Spoiler boil the noodle on a water, toss the water away, put the freshly boiled noodle in to a bowl, add the ingredients in to the noodle and mix it. then boil another batch of water for the soup, while you wait, crush a garlic, and cut it untill it looked like a paste. after the water is half boiled, put an egg in to it (and all the topping), and add some white pepper, lower the heat untill its boiled. (add vegies when its nearly boiled in low heat so it wont ruin the soup's taste). pour the soup in to the noodle, add the garlic, then mix it all.
It is not raw. It was cooked then they dry it. I have eat instant noodles raw and cooked. I liked cooked more than raw
