    It means you are a malignant growth to your team or that there team comp is full of cancer meaning they pick a team comp that has cancerous classes combined together to either rekt or troll your team

    Is this for real!? Well here's my explanation.

    I am a Cancer. I was born in June and that makes me a Cancer according to a book I read on the Zodiac. Though I've read several of them and some say I'm a Gemini-Cancer so I'm a twice as Cancerous as most people. But others say I'm just a Cancer.

    When people say your Cancer they're saying you are born anywhere from June 21 - July 22

    Basically, cancer (haters/trolls/etc) is the uncontrolled division of cells that go on to invade other tissue crippling the body. Hate begets more hate, and thus the hate spreads throughout whatever platform. Like cancer spreads, and infects the body.
