i would assume they make the main love interest off their own desired perfect dream girl. when your making a dream girl do you add in [has had sex with a few guys] or do you go with [virgin and i will be her one and only ever]? simple as do you imagine your dream car brand spanking new or older with a bit of miles on it. i imagine they have nothing against women who arnt virgins but to be honest most guys would probably want a virgin women as a wife its a mental thing like, know one can talk shit to you because they have done all types of freaky shit with your women before you.

The real thing to be outraged by are western readers being offended or outraged by imposing their own cultural values on novels written for a different audience, one that obviously has a different set of values...
