Are any good novels ever finished correctly on this site? By finished, I mean not dropped, not rushed to the end, and long enough to satisfy. Feel free to gimme any suggestions.
This was going to be my recommendation. The New Journey of an Old Soulis also good, but I haven't finished it yet.
new journey of an old soul and series by andur are both really good and complete. great recommendations. Quite frankly, it is indeed hard to find completed stories on RRL never mind the good ones on top of it, usually only specific authors have that kind of drive and it will be those who have committed to a complete story previously. alternatively, though while not complete there are some stories that are exceedingly good still in progress, you just have to be willing to take the risk that the author will be dedicated enough to finish.
Black sheep prince- Royal family died or dissapeared. Mc the only prince. Nobody likes him. Necromancer - VR loosly based around LMS.
I keep hearing people recommend his works... Are they actually good? Or are they only good compared to rrl standard
They're really good and royalroad has quite some good stories so idk what this bullshit rrl standard is
After along time of reading stuff there and then stuff being dropped.. you kinda get critical of things on that site... Sorry if I offended you
Out of all the bookmarks I have for RRL only a handful are complete. The only ones worthwhile that I haven't seen mentioned here are: Grand Weaver, and Re: Ocean.
I went through 50+ chapters of savage divinity and I couldn't get behind it cuz of MC personality it's about 200+ in just another recommendation
The Vespidian is sitting at 78 chapters (7 arcs) so far of the planned 30 ish. So it has a ways to go and updates usually once a week. Might be worth a look.
Simple, after spending 1,5 years stalking the latest updates page, I found out that my bar dropped slightly over time. Nowadays I am actually happy if the grammar isn't completely fucked up. RRL has some amazing novels, but the people that don't bother to find them can be understood in my opinion. Some authors on RRL have worse grammar than a barely edited MTL. That said, the things I found and enjoyed do reward me enough to continue sifting through the latest updates page. For recommendations, I'd like to put up Lament of the fallen. It isn't finished yet, but it'sfrom the same author as new journey of an old soul, looks like it won't be dropped anytime soon and I am enjoying it
