I once read a novel in which every person on earth got a specific amount of points at the beginning of the novel to exchange for abilities like teleportation, being a werwolf etc
I still remember that the ability of the mc was to create balls of energy which he could exchange for points to buy new stuff
It would be very nice if someone could tell me the titel of this novel

It was no reincarnation novel and i didn't read it on royalroad
If it helps, i can still remember that the mc was kidnapped by an alien race because of his ability to make energy balls because they could be used by everyone
And his best friend was one of the 5 (i think) people on earth to get the teleportation ability
