Breathing realm master is the alternative google sensei gives you for the first term, so how about Breathing Seed Realm Master or eliminate the master part and just leave it as Breathing Seed Realm.

能量体 is simply energy body cos 能量 refers to power/energy 胎息境界高手 is more like breathing master or breathing technique master or smth since 胎息 is referring to some breathing technique
胎息 means to breath the internal Qi without using mouth or nose, like a unborn-child. I think breathing master is ok, or Internal Breathe Master Spoiler: Warning, Accient Chinese, Daoist Scriptures 《云笈七签》曰：“人能依婴儿在母腹中，自服内气，握固守一，是名胎息" 《seven taoist books in a cabinet》:"Like in the mother's womb,when a man taking the internal breathe,holding firmly his oneness, it was the status of 胎息。 " 能量体 is the energy body. Taixi is "Embryonic Breathing". It's an advanced kind of Qigong Breathing Exercise. I agree that translating that first phrase as something like "Internal Breathing Expert" would probably be fine. Energy body is probably your best bet. And You could just say "Embryonic Breathing Realm Expert" "FetalBreath Realm Expert" or something along those lines if you want. Internal Breath Expert works too, though you would need to put in a footnote or something to explain that internal breath is part of embryonic breathing.
