He's accelerating his own time, not slowing down the world. Sure he can slow down his enemies within a certain range, when the hell has his cultivation reached the level he can slow down the entire world? If he's at that level already he might as well walk up to YY and kill him with one punch.

Time is relative so you end up with weird and confusing phrasing. I'm saying that he's speeding it up because he's experiencing more time than the outside world. Slowing time would be what Old Man Good Fortune does. He's slowing the time around him so that time outside passes faster. god beasts should be a title/pseudo cultivation level. You're only really considered a god when you become one with the dao and become immortal. Their strength is probably variable depending on the beast since they can probably cultivate as well.
I've read so many and only in the last few chapters of TMW was the 33 skies mentioned, grandmist isn't commonly used either. Why you hate on IET? Maybe you don't like his novels but since these novels are all fast food, most are after all bad fast food, IET could be considered good fast food.
Naa. I just wanted to clarify that Grandmist isn't something IET invented. English community gives every credits to IET which I think it's unfair. I could understand why they would be so ignorant as IET's novels were the ones they read first... Most of the elements we see in chinese novels are borrowed from Buddhism, Taoism and other Chinese mythologies. As for my hate towards IET. It's because of how unsatisfying endings he writes plus the annoying romance.
