    This question is actually easy. You to make 0+0 equal 1 all you have to do is have one of the 0s be multiplied by the 0 power. The equation would look like this

    0^0+0 = 1.
    This is possible because anything by the ^0 = 1

    please tell me that this isn't a religious thread that something can't come out of nothing so there must be a god, to which i reply go read about the curvature of the universe and all data that it is flat which is coherent with zero total energy, as with nothingness

    and btw, you can have 1 = 2 using estimations.
    e.g.)
    I have one apple
    I split it in half.
    I have 0.5 apple on one hand, which approximates to one apple
    and I have 0.5 apple on my other hand, which also approximates to one apple

    Therefore, I have two apples...

    One apple became two

    MAGIC!

    But srsly, my prof wrote something along those lines in lecture slides...
