    God Slaying Blade Works.

Emiya Shirou and Ilya are sent to the anime universe of Campione!

It's one of the best fanfictions on the site, it's well thought out and creative and meshes the magical elements of the universes well.

You don't even need to watch Campione to get it.

If you haven't seen it, the basic premise of Campione is similar to Harry Potter.

There's a secret society of magic and the occult that lives behind the scenes of the regular world. Only in this world, they are not only wizards & witches, but Gods as well.

All gods and heroes like Athena, Osiris, and Lancelot exist in some form in this universe.

These gods sometimes escape their myths and descend on the regular world to wreak havoc. Most humans are helpless except the Campione. Campione is Italian for champion I believe.

And these humans are godslayers, those who kill the gods and take their powers for their own.

This is the story of Emiya Shirou, Godslayer.

Just go look at the crossovers section on fanfiction.net then. Go to fate and choose to display all crossovers and sort it by reviews.

Those are the most popular ones and see if you like any of them.

I recommended that fic because it has a higher quality of writing.

If it's not for you, then you're on your own man.

    I just remembered another one.

    A Demon Lord's Hero

It's another one where Emiya Shirou is transported into another world.

However in this case he ends up in the world of Highschool DxD, the infamous harem anime.

While the DxD universe does get a bad rap because it focuses so much on boobs, the world is a treasure trove for fanfiction.

It allows access to numerous legends, gods, and devils as a rich starting point for stories.

Of course, this too meshes well with somebody from the fate universe.

While not as meticulously written as God Slaying Blade Works, this story has unique interesting concepts delivered with heart.

You can tell the author put a lot of effort and emotions into his words. There are small typos here and there but they're quite negligible as the writing style is quite mature compared to most light novels and fanfictions.

The author takes the DxD universe and puts on their own fresh take onto it.

Of course, even without knowing the DxD universe, I feel the story is still good. Just you might want to search up some character names to see what they look like. The universe is altered to the author's take in a creative way anyways.

    Champion of a Distant Dream

Similar premise to "God Slaying Blade Works". Shirou gets transported to the Campione! world and is his usual badass self.

    Without War to Guide Me

An Imperial Fist Space Marine winds up in the Star Trek universe. Very nicely written, sadly it stopped right before we got to the good part.

    In Flight

Not really isekai, but Shirou winds up as the protagonist of Sekirei and things get bloody. Written by the same author as The Hill of Swords (where Shirou gets transported to the Zero no Tsukaima) world.
