So... I just discovered today, that there is a group of people who believe that the earth is flat. They call themselves the 'Flat Earth Society'. They actually have a website and twitter account. Depending on how you see it...... Our three world universe is just a flat plane on the fourth dimensional plane (Minkowski Plane) since it isn't an Euclidean space. On the other hand... Let's don't slander or mock them... The people who believe in flat Earth either: 1. Misinformed or malinformed due to limited exposure to accepted scientific literature. 2. Deny reality to conform to their own believe for whatever reason. ("I reject this reality and replaced it with my own") In other words: They just got severe case of Chuunibyou. 3. Even if it's almost a sphere, it's still round. The definition of round, according to google, is "Shaped like a sphere" with the emphasis on "like". That shows that even if it isn't a true sphere, it is still round

What about mountains? Are they flat too? From latest physics theories, our whole universe is a 3D projection of a 2D universe so.....
The people of the ancient world already knew that the earth wasn't flat and it was further proved by this ancient (maybe) Egyptian or Greek scholar. However in the current era when we have many technologies and information on many thing that are beneficial for us and the world you get peope who refuse them so you get peope like this and anti-vacers. Then again some do it out of fun at the cost of others life similar to what happened here in Wales, where people I think refused or forgot to give their child vaccine which ended up with children getting measles.

Urrggh, these guys again. I once joined their discussions just to troll them. I didn't have the heart to troll them in the end because most of them truly believed that Earth is flat. You basically have these small number of 30-40 year old guys with twisted sense of humour trying to troll a lot of these impressionable young guys between 12-20 years old into thinking that flat Earth is real.
Huh? Isn't its still 4-dimensional Minkowski space, or there a new theory in general relativity... My physics kinda rusty now...... Yeah... Believe is a powerful force...
