What I'm thinking is how qidian took the translation for his website. Even it it has the reason If the translator cannot release on ww qidian can close the site, but he cannot copy from that site and republish, even if that site is illegal, qidian need to wait the translator give his work, maybe he can sue if he doesn't but copying from the site doesn't seem legal.

Also @Tony I know you want to remain neutral, but it seems painfully obvious that qi is hosting these novels without the possibility of having the legal rights to the translations signed over. As they are violating the rules it seems perfectly acceptable to remove them until such time that their site fits the guidelines you laid out on NU.

Otherwise you're setting the presedence that if your site is big enough, you don't have to follow the rules.
