    Same for me, well, I don't really care. I created that account solely for the purpose of stating that they stole these translations from WW and to give likes to the other people who spoke the truth!

    Haha, there is more of it, if what qidian say is not true, that qidian statement cannot be categorized breaking the nda. But in the previous post by rwx, he say he dont know why qi breaking the nda

    Does said agreement include the consent from the translators, though? It certainly sounds like it DOESN'T, after all.

    As far as we know, isn't this agreement between the WW SITE and QI...NOT the translators? Aren't the translator's works STILL THEIR OWN...they're just being uploaded and 'officially hosted' on WW?

    I honestly can't see a single person with any tangible level of intelligence actually agreeing to what QIdian claims that Ren agreed to, heh.

    Seems like an obvious ploy to get WW's translators to defect because he's supposedly 'screwing them over' to me...even though I've personally seen no indicators of that being the case (him screwing them over, that is), heh.

    This argument could go back and forth forever, though...since as you said, we don't know the details of the contract because of the stupid NDA, lol.

    This is all but bs.
    QI claims that their move is for the user's best interest, so i just stop reading at that.
    This is a move to force things their way.
    They are in the wrong since the beginning of this story and now they are showing their true face.
    Open your eyes people: that's robbing. They stole translations.
    What is there to argue abaout?

    Not too surprising they went for the copy & paste approach, most of the translations on their website seem to be copy & paste from Google Translate :).

    No, Ren mentioning not knowing why they're breaking the NDA does not equate to them being right.

    It just means that they're talking about the supposed details of the contract publicly when there's an NDA in effect. However, Ren himself has avoided talking about this himself, because it seems pretty obvious that they're TRYING to get him to breach it.

    As such, we don't know the ACTUAL details of the contract.

    Hope the court rips them a new one for you Ren~ Maybe we can get it to show up on Court TV?? XD lmao

    Finally! I've reached the latest reply to this infinite looping thread.
    First of all, I know this isn't much, but the first novel for me was CD back in Volume 1, and it just makes me sick to see all your hard work being blatantly stolen. Doing 14 chapters a week for months showed how much you actually cared about this project and I honestly feel that WW was what jump started the whole scene( I know it was active before that but the big impact maker was WW IMO).

    I know this isn't contributing too much to the discussion, but I though you should know that IMO its very easy to see all the contradictions that Qidan made, and I hope that you will prevail in the legal battle.

    I'm not a blind follower and even though I am following your (Ren) and co. translation work, I could and would have sided with QI if the claims were based on facts and I would've felt that the company on the other end had integrity, which I don't.

    To summerise, I hope you continue managing WW with as much transparency and integrity as you had until now, and I think the whole community will always back you up as a reward.

    P.S Removed Qidan from showing up at my novel updates feed.

    Nah, ren saying they breaking the nda means they breaking the nda
    And by breaking the nda means qidian disclose something from the contract
    And what qi disclose is their right to host that 20 novel
    But ren say qidian doesnt have right to published unfinished novel
