    I have caught up with the released chapters on QI, but I couldn't stop wondering why Rollin died like this? Like if he knew Julis was cheating on his ass, why didn't he like divorce her ass or take away her freedom of leaving the house like a man in the old times? You know, the savage way, since he was already kinda shameless and didn't really care about his face.​

    I wouldn't go as far as saying "with no regrets", considering he left his newly born son, his sister and his house in grave danger.
    I assume Rollin wasn't thinking straight and hoped that bitch wouldn't actually go and kill him, especially considering they even had a child. Love is blind.
    Hope we're getting Cae family bloody massacred in the upcoming chapters.

    Nope the author forgot about his description of Rolin and instead used him to push mc into a more direct conflict with cae family therby allowing the story to move as he either is forced to the academy or join the demon frontier through questionable bullshit readon
