NOVEL PROBLEMS

I want everyone to list the problems or something they don't like in novels that are translated if u found someone with the same problems as u forward their comment so we can narrow down and help translators pick novels for us to read I hope this post get some support and catch the attention of translators so they can see our wishes and stop fuckin translating those trash cliche novels

Huh? Translators can translate whatever they want as long as I'm concerned. Just because a novel doesn't have things you don't like doesn't mean you'll like it. It could just give you more things to hate.

But the answer is no secret. Just avoid the stupid.
In other words, quality writing regardless of genre or country of origin will be well received.

 

don't fuck me guys xD I'm just recommending not forcing for example if a translator is liking multiple novels and can't translate them all he has to chose one won't a recommendation from fans help him chose ? if everyone agrees that there are somethings they hate in novels then obviously some translators will avoid them

 

1. translators dont give 2 flying fucks about your wishes. they translate what they themselves wish to translate and if by doing so they rake in money from donations then hurrah for them.

2. cliche novels are awesome. get your head out of your twat arse and think over it for a minute.

3. i have so many problems with novels that i dont even know where to start but remember first and foremost, if you read CN's, you're the one with the problems.

It's not the translator's job to conform to the wishes of their readers. If you have such a big probalem with them choosing "bad" novels, why noy try finding and translating something yourself?

Just translate anything other than xianxia and xuanhuan. Get a properly published Taiwanese xuanhuan at least instead of China's webnovel xuanhuan.

Can we also have less genius miss and villainess genres, please? But this is just my non-interest. If translators what to translate anything, they can do anything they wish.

Every novel problem is a subjective problem. my trash can be anyone's treasure or something like that, I can't remember anyways.

So, what I consider a flaw, someone else might sees it as a briliant plot point. You get the point... Everyone have their own taste and we don't have to match our taste

If you want to read decent novels, go buy some published novels. Don't make a standard for us about what novels are worth to translate or not, keep it to yourself...

When you click that link on NU and are brought to a landing page where the link to the chapter isn't readily apparent or brings you to the wrong place. There was even one TL who changed the landing page link to his own website, sneakily betraying the site who hosted him, which brought you to another landing page on their site.

 

that's true there isn't really a standard and i'm not making any one i'm just asking for opionions after all everyone has one I just like them to share
