    I am looking for a word or the term for the situation whereby people refuse to put pressure on others because they are afraid they cannot cope. It is usually associated with herbivore men in Japan: No drive, no expectation since they are afraid the younger generation will break

    Seems to be happening with translators do
    I see posts saying dont force translators to translate
    just because someone recommend a novel
