Well it depends on how satou is classified as a "God" as characters can be weaker even though some may claim them as a "God". For example you have someone like kaguya, yhwach, etc who are pretty much a "god" in there series but if you pit them against someone like the choushin from tenchi muyo they get destroyed with ease.
Saitama. Satou is superhuman tier but Saitama is at least Planetery. Go check vsbattles or whatever they love doing this stuff in depth.
Question how fast is satou? If his speed is not at least sub relativistic he is getting blitzed before he can even lift a finger.

If they're gonna fight seriously, Saitama always win. But Satou is crafty and clever. He will not get in a fight he can't win, and can easily retreat if he need to. Saitama can't do anything about that. Even if Satou was able to sneak a few hits on Saitama, you really think he would even get flinched from that? Naaah... So yeah, neither can do anything to each other. Its a stalemate.
strengt/power: no one had seen the peak of saitama's power, satou however had the falling stars/meteor as his peak power skill (i think), but satou is much more about strats+power than saitama who had unrelenting power defense/toughness: knowing saitama is unaffected on almost everything (never seen him bleed or budge once except that sucker punch from that alien guy) i beleive almost all satou's attack are pointless speed/mobility: saitama wins in speed satou wins in mobility, but saitama could caught him easily unless satou ran in another dimension which is unreachable for saitama mental fortitude: satou wins saitama hates losing in game i could be biased, but i think saitama would win hands down, unless satou did cowardly strategies than fighting head on.
Does satou have any good hax what I mean by hax I mean something like reality warping, existence erasure, time manipulation etc. also how fast is he because that is a big factor.
neither; satou would find it too bothersome and would leave while saitama wouldnt really care or have any real reason to try and fight satou
The whole thing about saitama's universe is anything they want with all their will they would achieve meanwhile in satou's case he has body that learns anything from experiences so if saitama goes all out then satou would die immediately as he has no way to fully absorb all that damage

saitama is a meme, so no matter if it's a god, alien, spirit, or undying being, he will lose to one-punch, one punch doesn't obey any logic.
Yes, yes, not at this point but he probably could make it Also, he has a Interpersonal Combat-Foresight skill (as in, he knows what you are gonna do before you do it) And for speed, he mainly uses instant teleport so speed kinda looses meaning.
As much as I like Death March, you have to admit, Saitama traveling from the moon just by jumping off of it to earth quickly shows how strong and fast Saitama is. I'm sure he could destroy the planet if he wanted to.
I think saitama kinda invincible to any physical attack... just trap him in illusion of mosquito's world kinda do the trick... can satou do that?
Yeah people are not familiar with Satou's abilities at all. For all those people who don't know Satou is as strong as Invisible Dragon. He has already destroyed planet sized objects in space. All Satou needs to do is hop universes and attack from another universe or subspace. Satou can use the magic based on dragon's power that can "penetrate anything" and just destroy Saitaman from range. Also for those that don't remember, Satou has immortality as one of his skills. Not sure if he can use it since its greyed out but it is there.
