His plan was to release 5 chapters a week (I think) and he always over-delivered, and didn't he mention some stress with summer courses or something like that?
It'd be nice if I was on vacation, but it's the opposite. Doing finals this week, and my last one is tomorrow, so everything was hectic. Come faster summer break~
[ Switches the weapon you currently have. Using the switched weapon increases critical rate for a set period of time. ] Inb4 this is is confirmed as broken, where he can stack it like 30 times in a fight and have over-crits or something every hit.
Yeah, thought that too. Otherwise, stacking crit rate buffs may be a possible future upgrade? Seems to me that MC will become a very dangerous opponent to give the initiative to if this ever becomes the case.
The author definitely seemed to raise it as an issue in need of resolution. He made it sound like a weak ability. He left himself a get out of jail free card though. If it doesn't turn out to be OP, MC can buy a different skill with points.
Well, I'm back and will be on it pronto. Here's a minor spoiler for the next chapter regarding Unique Abilities. Spoiler A subordinate has awakened a Unique Ability in the next chapter. Who could it be?
Have you read ahead sir ? I'm curious about mc and the girl, what chapter that will they meet again ? And thank you for your translation sir.
Spoiler The likeliest are Mev, Jung Hayeon, an the First, if only because they're the MC's top 3 subordinates. Among those three, Jung Hayeon was the one with the greatest showing in the previous battle, with how she bewildered the Red Cross Clan and messed up their sense of direction in the forest. Chances are, she got some sort of unique ability to make that even easier. Super excited for the MC's first foray into a proper dungeon. I'm not sure if it's a guarantee that they'll get any unique item like the broad longsword of the Red Cross Clan Master, but it's a guarantee that MC will get something cool from there eventually. Back when they were making their trip to the Holy Land, MC did mention that he was learning how to wield the bow from his subordinates, alongside other weapons. I think he even learned a bit from Goff?
Wind Walk. What a Warcraft-inspired name. Or rather, it's exactly the same as the Warcraft skill. Man, huge props to the First for overcoming the usual expectations. And to accompany such a momentous occasion, he's even finally gotten his name revealed. The Second's name too; I'm sure I can expect him to follow in Gark's footsteps and become worthy of being a named character in a story.
Y'know this entire time I've been worried that the MC didn't bother to remember any of the five siblings names, glad to see it was a needless worry.
