If the mc reincarnated and the author want to show us how the mc redoing his/her life from childhood then of course there'll be period of loli or shota inbound, or else the mc gonna be bored as f because of not having friend

 

not really my cup of tea when a loli is the/a love interest. The few exceptions are road to kingdom (huge boobies always trump any loli involved) and toradora manga/anime (was a really good slice of life but a weak/frustrating ending).

Edit: There's another one where a man in his twenties houses his ex-neighbor childhoodfriend who is still in highschool. He tries to get his siblings to move back in together and become a real family after their parents death. Also, the childhood friend tries to deal with the insecurities of her parents divorce and her dad's new marriage and cold front towards her. In the end the two marry (don't remember the name but that's basically the plot which made it a little more endearing. Also, she is an actual loli, under 18, but not a "loli," chibi girl/women who is very childlike in stature.).

if a Loli is any underage girl T hen 90% of the females lead on novels are Loli if it has to do with the Body development then someone explain me what the heck is a bigbreasted Loli

Its easier to put the line b ased on age rather than using the concept of loli.
And almost all our MC in novels with the Loli tag are just teenegers or the age is doubtfull cuz they reincarnated or something.
