The Book Eating Magician

Can somebody give me a summary or description, the one at the profile in NU does not really explain anything at all.

 

The mc is a Mage but not a good one. He's been failing for years. He comes across a grimoire which when he touches it it gets absorbed by him. The grimoire is called gluttony. He now has to feed gluttony, which is in his left hand, or he would die (I think). When he feeds it books/artifacts he can gain the power from them. Using gluttony he becomes powerful.

 

A trashy, 2nd circle magician awakens a grimoire in his left (right; don't remember) hand for god knows how and that changes his life.

 

Theodore finds Gluttony as an ancient book. It enters into his hands and can consume books, weapons and items.

Glutonny would consume him should he fail to feed it in time.also he learn magic after glutonny consumes the book but to what degree he learns magic is up to his theoritical understanding which is what the mc excels at

The MC is your generic weak genius that has no talent that gets a cultivation manual in a form of a grimoire that from the era of mythology. He has plot armor that is 1/10th of Yun Che. He has a mouth in his left hand which is how the grimoire eats so he probably uses his right hand to wank off now.

Theodore Miller a talented young magician but with low magic sensitivity suddenly get an cheat like item from the mythical age, the Grimoire Gluttony which can eat almost anything and will give the owner of it a lot of benefits

shh that was only supposed to be revealed after Theo released the 7th seal

good novel,mc genius(for academy) but weak in magic
