You know pedophile is one of many crimesthat recently often happen in eveey country and become very sensitive case in our society ( i even see news where someone get approached by police just a mom see him pointed his camera to her child)
But in my country recently there is a case of a celebrity reported someone to the police just because he give comment "loli" to one of the picture of the celebrity little daughter in celebrity's socmed, from what i know the person that got reported just literally type loli in the comments section, is that enough for a person get accused as criminal of pedophile case?

I see our next Kim Kardashian type wannabe in the making. There are people who will do anything for the 15 minutes of fame that they'll get.

Well, in a sense, calling someone a "loli" in social media is technically derived as "Cyber Bullying", which is an offence if the "loli" is used as a derogatory term. Also, the victim IS technically a celebrity which is a public model, and also maybe the parent may be paranoid or just plain overprotective.

Maybe i just get interested because somehow this case become a hot cake in any gossip or infotainment program on my country tv stations
I mean the said person just type loli in one of the celebrit's daughter picture

I can understand if the person followed his comment of loli with any other sexual innuendo word ord any word that indicate lust or sexual attraction to the little girl picture
But in this case he just type one word only word, and unfortunately that word is loli

I mean if a person stalked my kid on facebook or look at pictures of my kids and comment loli I would report it to the police so there is a police report incase my kid gets kidnapped. More of a just in case anything happens thing. Also when I think of Loli I do not think Cute kid I think of Japanese porn and assume its a pervert. If they want to say my child was cute why not just say cute? saying loli with his real account would worry me. If it was anime I would understand but real life picture of my kid no.

Also google loli see what you come up with a lot of parents would be very concern just from that alone and it would be enough to convince them to report that person.

Edit: this definition pretty much defines the word that shows why I dislike loli and lolicon genre in general.

Well.... using "loli" is on someone is like degrading them, depending the situation and how it is seen by others. Maybe the child's parent/s found it offensive so .... like that, it ended with a case. Also, being commented on the social media and highlighted takes off with another negativity in social sense, that because of the comment, the child may be bullied being called by that. I'm thinking at worst case scenario, so yeah.....

Peh, just throw away loli, lolicon and pedo to abyss. I prefer the older one.
Then if i type MILF, Oneesan, Mothercon in comment section to that beauty celeb, i will get accused as criminal of rape case?

I actually think both cases would not survive any kind of charge. Probably just a warning at most to stay away and the law enforcement would tell the concern parent or citizen to just block and delete his comments. If he continues contact them again type response from cops.

Did this guy that said loli actually get charged? I have no clue where the story is from I am only going off of info in this forum.

Um i don't really know tge infotainment or any gossip channels in tv never mentioned that details, i just got interested on this topic because she greatly insisted police to arrest him because of the comments
Although i agree with some of children physiologist that said it's better for parents to not posted picture of their children on net so freely

I mean she just posting a picture of her family wouldn't blame her for that. I blame her for not just blocking the dude and deleting his comment. I would just report him to the police w/o saying anything to the public just so they keep a eye on him. Other than that like I said she should have just blocked him and deleted his comment on the post of her child.
    Edit: avoiding double post.
wait he said that with his actual account with his real name? didn't anyone ask why he did not just say cute? also do you happen to have a link to a source like a news article? would be a interesting read. Also did he put heart symbols next to the word?
