Hi all, I'm looking for CN novels that do not have a lot of politics, kingdom building, or make MC fight battles after battles without the resting points. I'd like to see the MC become ruins explorer, alchemist, merchant, etc., the novels which authors want to experience their new ideas into the story instead of filler fights. Thanks all.
B-But the whole point of xianxa is to have the mc cultivate, kill tons of people, and in the end become a god. if you want to read about someone becoming an explorer, alchemist, merchant etc there are different novels there too you know. then again now that i think about it meng hao from I Shall Seal the Heavens fits what you want perfectly lol
But in the jorney to become gods, they need to experience things and meditate their dao hearts, authors know that the fights are basically the same in every CN story, some novels do this right like the Gu Master or Desolate Era one.
what? I read a good part of ED and I am almost certain that its full of nothing but filler-like content...
No one mentions? The Library of Heavens Path. Though it mostly just replaces fighting with faceslapping. Of which, the MC does much.
So, is this one of those times where xianxia mean chinese novel, or do you want an actual xianxia novel that fill this criteria?
Feng Qi Chang Lan 风起苍岚 . It's a manhua, but you won't care, right? In my opinion, it's xianxia done right. No pointless fillers and fillers are actually made fun of. Well, what would you expect from a Taiwanese product. They always make better stuff than China. The raw is up to chapter 190 I believe and the translator translates 2 chapters each month.
