75+ is impossible because of the 10 miles in 22 minutes. breaking the world record for fastest mile by more than a minute and then continuing for 10 minutes.
Lifting? That's what magic is for~ Running? Such an inefficient way of teleporting.. consider an upgrade~ Meatbun iz god levelz
dude 10 miles in 22 minutes? even the world record holder doesn't come close. world record is like 3:42 minutes per mile or something. 10 miles in 22 minutes is going 2:12 minutes per mile- that's so much faster than the record. it would take usain bolt, sprinting at his top speed in the 100meters, and sustaining that speed for 22 minutes- to get that time. it's not that people aren't fit- op's standards are too fantastic.
trying running that when you're a midget... or really short... if it was 12minutes- maybe possible unless your genes are screwed. but 10minutes? nope. only possible for a select few. 3:20 per kilometer dude. that's top 2-5%.
*wonders why people still discuss this for real* OP basically says Lv.100 is for trolls.. read the "Edit" section
I don't do weight lifting, i just can lift heavy things like boxes full of books or furnitures (my mama makes me do a lot of things around the house like that). I run out of breath because i severely lack exercise. LoL
I'm most likely the fitness in physique out of everyone in the forum,(LE personnel of 3rd REI) but honestly it really don't matter. Because after you reached a certain level, you're basically gonna lived on a constant diet. And i mean a constant diet, you can't eat anything luxurious, gotta keep a very close watch on your calorie intake, and always eatting shitty food because its healthy. (Not that there aren't tasty healthy food but not many) Your body constantly aches, you feel shitty a lot of times, and you're not able to drink a lot of alcohol. I'll say that maintaining a low body fat rate (mine is 8.7%) is much much hardier than actually gaining it. The first few months was good but later on it got to the point where its demanding. You have to waste so much time exercising every week where you're not able to do other activities. But do i regret it? No, since beside the fact that its my profession and it requires me to be fit, its can be quite enjoyable when dopamine is pumped into you when you're able to lift something heavier. Your able to wake up early in the morning feeling fresh everyday so there's pros and con. I mean if anyone wants to get fit, just be sure that you have to dedicated at least two days in the gym every week. Its the mentality that plays a bigger part than your body.
Are these levels based on the unrealistic beauty standards portrayed by the media? lol where am i supposed to be? average figure, can't even run a mile lol (I don't even think I've ever run a mile in under 10 min in my entire life ), but can probably lift between 10-15 kg weights OP, please fix your system. I think a good majority of people aren't even fit enough to be in your lowest level lol
I don't know how big a mile is, but I can't run for 10 minutes, my level is negative. *shrugs* I've heard that my words lift people's mood sometimes... Which is nice I guess. I have NUF followers, and there are girls among them, so I guess that counts? Time? Time follows me I guess, time follows everyone after all~ Oh, and I'm slim! \(^^)/ Does this mean I'm a troll god?
What if: 1) I can't run 1 mile in under eight minutes 2) I can complete 10 mile run 3) Do not have large biceps or weight a lot 4) BUT I can lift 50kg with 1 finger (I could also do 25kg with my pinki)
And I always thought I was fit, a mistaken belief indeed when you see it by the levels. I mean I like to wear baggy or loose clothes so they are never going to fit me, I never learned any martial arts. Neither am I runner, I only run when there is a dog chasing me. It will be hard for me to make your level twenty.
