I seriously hope your situation improves, but I must admit I am continuously surprised by the ages here, I constantly think I'm roughly the same age as people here, and then I realise I'm 11 years your senior.. Sheesh, anyway I guess it just points to the concept that maturity has nothing really to do with age.
Anyway I wish you all the best in your current ''school or whatever it is'', and I hope the bully issue won't get too far out of hand.

About the bullying thing... I don't have any advice. It's good that he's not focused on you, but bad that he's focused on someone.
I don't have any real experience with bullies, so if I were in that situation, I'd pay attention and wait and see to try to understand if there was a way to resolve things somehow,
though I guess that could be very dangerous... I hope nothing happens.

what we did with a bully once was to corner him after school with some students lock the door and beat the shit out of him once then never again did he try to bully anyone.

 

And someone future is lost forever

 

Step 1: do a preemptive strike to the head
Step 2: continue bashing head
Step 3: do not stop bashing until it bleeds, always aim for the head
Step 4: bash the head real hard til it stops moving
Step 5: bash the head to confirm life
Step 6: bash if still alive

Step 1-3 usually does the trick, trust me i did it on my bully and he got traumatized to me, have to change schools tho. Step4-6 are only when your patience is already out.
(Optional: use a fist-sized rock or larger for greater effect)

Everyone hates cliffhangers so here's the rest of the story:

The 14 year old girl is actually a ghoul. The reason she goes to this school is so she can have light human snacks without arousing suspicions. A special school is the ideal hunting ground for her because no one cares about special kids.

After the two day break is over the bully never came back to school. He was eaten by the ghoul girl. OP is suspicious of her but doesn't care much because he has plot armor due to being the MC of this story. When going back home while thinking that his consciousness goes black. It's the ghoul girl naturally, and she eats him too. RIP OP. Turns out the real MC was the guy who stood up to the bully. After witnessing the gruesome scene where OP is eaten alive, MC beats up the ghoul, but forgives her in the end because she's cute and adds her to his harem. And everyone lived happily ever after, except for the bully and OP, who were turned into minced meat.

 

Okay dude repeat this if you see the bully again if there are people watching.

People of the lower realm will worship you for millenia and you can get the long awaited super beautiful girl that can topple nations as the reward, The End
