I want an ugly MC that doesnt evolve into handsome/beautiful for the rest of the novel. Someone that made people comment how ugly he/she is whenever the saw it. No members of oposite sex would fall for him/her easily without any reason. I dont want fake ugly where with some make up it can be fixed Or theres a hidden beauty or handsomeness behind a shell. This MC Is Kickass.. In the game world only tho but the gw's standards are really pro beautiful and handsome pips so the MC's ugliness is always mentioned

Well... tsuki ga michibiku doesn't make the MC more handsome last I've read. I wonder if it is the perspective of the characters that you want, but if it is, he is definitely the ugliest human there (makes you wonder if he's actually a product of an affair though).
