As far as i understood monk over the stream behind xining village is completely different person from daoist ji (cheng changsheng shitty master), right? If so then who is he to make empress attack him? Btw even if empress cured ccs she is still trash and i hope she dies, along with daoist ji.
He should come from the Sacred Light Continent , since he suddenly appeared at Cloud Grave , the entrance to SLC , i think he's one of the Chen Clan remains that escaped to the SLC.
Chapter 644. it seems that CCS is not her son but the elder brother is, so then who is CCS?? As for Daoist J the sooner he dies the better, and the ark is getting too long, too many fillers in a half a chapter we are listening how the butcher is slicing meat.
I liked that part tho I thought it was an analogy of how Daoist Ji words were as cruel as butcher knife , that's just me tho.
Yes you are right its good but only at the beginning after that, it was repeat after repeat after repeat after repeat so it got annoying at least for me
Damn, the translator almost got me with this - If any of you have ever felt sympathy for Zhou Tong, he returns your kindness in this chapter - I hope the author is letting him live just to kill him off in the most satisfying way possible.
Wow I'm surprised that the Divine Empress gave so many commanding positions to the children of Clans that she never really trusted. On the flip side you could argue that she tried to win over those guys from their clans (and did okay for the most part) but still a fail seeing as how it turned out it in the end. Everyone hopping on the chance to kill the Divine Empress reminds me alot of how it was for injured Su Li, karma much?
I sincerely hope that chapter 650 shut the mouths of everyone that says this novel is sexist. Author couldn't be clearer about where he stands on this matter, specially on that last sentence.
Hey I got a question if anybody could help me out! I noticed I've read about 80 chapters of this LN a long time ago, and I was about to return to it because I realized it's by the same author of another novel I was enjoying. However, I just saw that the first 200 chapters or so are being translated by GT. So my question is, is it worth starting over and waiting for GT or should I just keep going with the old translation?
Honestly, if you want to read it then I think it’s fine. GT is just re-translating those chapters so that the terminology used is consistent thoughout. The story is pretty good so if you’re caught up with everything you’re reading and really want something to then go ahead if you don’t mind reading some words changed such as Daoist Ji or Taoist Ji
I want this arc to end as soon as possible I cant endure any more of this if it goes any slower time will stop and the snails will laugh at us.
This arc is almost as slow as the ‘traveling 10000 li’ one. Though to be fair, each arc is dragged out with side character commenteries or describing the fight in detail
And what was CSC doing all this time nothing at all (truly useless), and his senior brother he started running toward the top still nothing about him too, but we read all the repeating and annoying info : he did this like ...., like ...... , like...... and so on . I know that the author is trying but it feels like an awfull poem and not like i fight between experts.
