Discussion Annoying die hard fans.

So here in the Philippines, popular personalities, usually young actors can have their own music album if they're popular enough, even though they are not that good at singing. It works though, a lot of their fans will still buy them.

A very popular actress got a platinum award and a lot of her fans are singing her praises in social media. So I, who was bored and curious went to you tube to hear her songs but wasn't very impressed.
I commented that while she has some catchy songs, her voice isn't that good. I phrased that in a very polite way.

Some agreed with me while the fans cursed me with the usual: Shut up/Yer just jealous. That was that but two years later I got a reply in bisaya (which is my first language) pretty much like this: "Shut up! You fucking know it all! Who do you think you are? You think you're god?! Bitch! You're a demon! A fucking demon! What? You can't understand me right, you dumb ass!" Blah blah blah. She was pretty vulgar too.
Seriously I was torn between anger and amusement. Sure you can idolize someone but being overboard is just plain annoying.

How about you guys? Do you have any experience with die hard fans like these?

Everyone just has different taste, and it's just another side of society.
If you are an Anime fan, then I think most of everyone has encounter that kind of situation.

At least your young actor got game and then used it, others just get game due to good marketing and selling their soul (or ass, who knows)

LOL, all my countries netizens love to bully all the bad celebrities, example like celebs that's trying so hard to look badass and cool, yet in in fact they look so tacky and cheesy, the results was they got ridiculed. Though life for celeb here
