By many countries laws it doesn't matter whether the victim responds to the stimulation or not. As long as they do not consent it is rape.

It's still rape because the intent that the rapist had was not for the victim to like it but force sex, so whether the victim liked or didn't like it wasn't their priority. In end it's still wrong.

But I would say it is strange to say rape isn't rape simply because the victim liked it, if you have already defined it as rape to begin with.

If it is consensual for both parties then it is indeed not rape since both parties are at an agreement
However if one party is willing but the other is not but it continues on in this situation then yes it is rape

The answer is yes it is rape. And if during they liked it, wouldn't that just leave huge mental scars that would leave such acts as nightmarish for the victim.
