dude has like ten girls interested in him but he's loyal to that one female teacher. Which is nice cuz they a great pair, she the best girl and is sexy as hell like prolly the most beautiful, well-mannered and mature woman of the whole series. I dont think he has any actual side bitches he fucks either, couse i only made it like halfway through before the translation got so slow i just couldn't keep going.
sadly its not harem, he rejects both of them (which is why I dropped it, you don't give potential heroines that much character development only to fuck them over in the end like that....fuck, they were in the novel more than the actual main girl)
Some guy said that he inevitably choose the Main chick but it was pretty open for that Kendo girl since main chick was fine with a mistress because I think she found her pitiful. Don't take my word for it.
Ikr, I dropped it more due to it taking a wierd shift towards the alien stuff and it getting full and slow, but those rejections and heartbreaks made me take a break from reading. I absolutely hate drama especially "harem drama" as in the love octagon type. I hate there being "throwaway girls" that are there only for wish-fulfulling "MC is chick magnet" or to create conflict/drama that in the end leads to heartbreak. Why have a good likable "possible" heroine that never had a chance in the first place? It's even worse when it's unnecessary. Showing the MC is loyal doesn't require likable but in the end treated as disposable love rivals. I'd rather there being a bitch and MC showing his loyalty through a faceslapping. It's even worse with selective polygamy. I hated Very Pure and Ambiguous. It started with so much potential then MC got lustful, stupid, and rapey. There were a ton of throwaway girls even though he already had multiple wives. I have a love hate relationship with Nisekoi because each girl had a backstory and template that each could be great a individual, no harem drama actual romances. Wasted potential. I know heartbreak, rejection, and drama is real life, but sometimes authors don't execute it right or have it as unnecessary. I appreciated Golden Times since it was an answer to the "what happens after the childhood friend loses and has to move on?" Anyway, yeah.
He's kinda loyal but he slept with the woman who acts as his teacher(she's an assassin?) out of pity.. I dropped it after that.
Wait that seriously happened. Sigh. Can't really be surprised. It might be due to the cultural value difference such as China's sexism and how the common people actually enjoy/dream of being a rich and corrupt person of status. Cheating and corruption is kinda treat normal or inevitable. Chinese novels alway somehow have something that ruins the novel. Japanese novels mostly suffer from merely bad or lacking writing in thing like generic or beta MC, one dimensional characters, lack of details, (those typical of most Asian novels), however, CN a bunch of rapey and unfaithful jackass racist MCs.
I think the woman never knew love or pleasure. Because as an assassin it was an inevitable case that she use her body. Therefore, she asked Lei Yin (mc) what it felt like. Annnnd it happened. He thinks its not cheating. I don't know, I'm not comfortable reading it.
Yeah, I'm also uncomfortable with these kind s of things. Maybe it's cause I'm a virgin, but still, the idea of pity sex just feels hollow and more demeaning.
We, humble virgins are inexperienced with these kinds of things. I think that woman was happy tho because the mc made her feel special in that one night. I'm still uncomfortable even with that thought.. huhuhu~~
I think I should put emphasis on this.Never said MC agreed to it well at least the guy who said it didn't explain the details on that. As far as I know, It ended there and its an open ending when it comes to the kendo girl he may or may not take her as a waifu in the future so it could go either way(You know how it is with the MC) but he has the main wife's consent for that. If that makes sense.
that's silly, he had the main wifes consent to begin with....why put us through the bullshit of having him reject both of them, and having us have to read through them comforting each other in tears if he's gonna "end up with them" (which isn't even written, ambiguous shit like that is annoying af, looking at you ISSTH, don't say no to best girl!)
