Yi Yun can be considered a mid-floor Dao Palace right now and he is on his way towards Supremacy realm. Even Quasi-Divine Lord level characters are not that rare right now.
I love xianxia novels because of the world building and cultivation details. The different ways of achieving the Dao and becoming an immortal is always one of my main interests while reading a xianxia novel.
TMW has a very interesting cultivation path that is unlike other novels where the MC power only grows exponentially but the realms are just empty names or titles. Here each realm has a deeper meaning and its own peculiarities. I really enjoy novels like this.
@CKtalon_TMW, do you have any idea if CC is going to explain the next few stages of cultivation (or at least Supremacy) soon?

Well... he lost the skyfire years ago. So he's only really Sacred Hands, and he seems to be decaying already so he's already Dead Hands. Now, he's Manure Hands, to feed Yi Yun's tree.

When I said that Evil Energy was a food for Divine Three, I didn't expect it would be this literal.

 

I like how Yi Yun is further integrating his laws. I'm just not too sure about the role the 10k Fey DC had in this. Maybe tempering his body with it gave YY the capability to handle the huge amount of yuan Qi that it uses?

 

Think of it like this: if two people were to attack you with a bat who would to more damage per attack. One of these two does not workout while the other does.
Tempering the body allows him to use more of his psychical strength to boost the power of each attack.

 

I’m sure there are a lot of mechanics that we are going to be introduced to because of that canon. For now, we know it has high level laws and it requires an ancient fey bloodline but totems also work. I hope it gives his totems an upgrade like brings them closer to their ancient fey ancestors so the crow could be closer to that fey god and the neonite could be closer to the dragon. Maybe the ten thousand fey canon is like the ten thousand totem technique and hi gun can start possessing multiple bloodlines without them absorbing or contradicting each other.

 

I always thought the Myriad Beast Totem was created by a human expert who got his hands on the 10KFDC as a 'fuck you' to the Fey who keep going on and on about 'superior ancestors'.
