I guess you can use friends orz. LQW does like him to an extent or otherwise, she wouldn't choose to help him onto the throne. He also treats her well and like a friend.
I normally like more 2ML more than ML, but well, here I prefer the ML so farrrr than XR. I like XR but I think he isn’t material to be a ML :/
I'd like to cuddle XR or FY. XR does seem a bit too shy around the MC. ML has less of a presence than XR. If XR was a bit stronger, I think I'd prefer XR.

The servant girl that sacrificed her life for MC in MC's past life. In the most current translated chapters, MC bought Lan Bai to save her from the painful events she would have to endure in the future (and probably repayment for what she did in her past life).
I don't remember too clearly but I think Lan Bai gets taken advantage of and ends up harming LQW in some way. They have a bit of a bitter falling out and Lan Bai's ending isn't too good (from what I remember).
I read this ages ago so it's all kind of a blur right now. If I recall correctly, Lan Bai gets controlled by a voodoo worm and does something? Can't really remember but I do remember feeling super betrayed and Lan Bai was really upset and disappointed in herself. I think her own consciousness then gets eaten by the voodoo worm and she basically becomes this other woman's slave (biggest nemesis in the second half of the novel). She also kinda has a thing going on with Feng Shiyi but there's another one of the twelve who likes him as well, but it's not requited - so it's a love triangle. Then the voodoo worm thing happens and the other two end up sleeping together after getting drunk. Feng Shiyi feels bad but he also took her first time, so he has some sort of responsibility. Lan Bai also feels disappointed in herself after the voodoo worm thing and hurting LQW, so she decides to leave. I think she also did it so that the Feng couple can get together. Super tragic ending for her and I don't think it gets much better for her?
No I like lan bai. I hope she doesn't died. I will hate Feng shiyi if she died. It's his fault. Mc should kill him so she can live.
Honestly, its the damn voodoo worm that should die. Isn't the cause of all the troubles? Get rid of that - get rid of all the other complications.
