Really depends on what you want to do. The last three months or so I went with this: http://outalpha.com/the-out-alpha-novice-program/ Quite hard and tough, but does give results.
You use a type that is strong against the gym leader Make sure your team is the same level or at there is at most 5 level difference Save before challenging the gym leader
the hell you!!!! fine i'll advice him, don't worry i got you covered! are you looking for flexibility or just strength? if flexibility use the PC!! For Strength then use mobile, the bigger the better!!! and i assure you your fingers and your eyes will be exercised to the max!!
I've been going to the gym for 8 years and about 5 of those were completely useless because I did pretty much what you're doing. Try checking out something like the reddit.com/r/fitness wiki and read through all of it to learn what you need to know. If you just want a bodybuilding routine I'm currently on the coolcicadas ppl from here https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=149807833 but that's not the best for beginners, you should probably focus on more full body workouts with focus on squats deadlifts bench press and overhead press like the starting strength program.
Go to the trainer. And then tell him/her what you want or expect to have. Then they'll cook up training menu for based on yer needs.
A year ago, I used to wondering outside of the gym in my place for a whole month 5 times a week, because it have 2 pokemon go pokestop nearby.
I've worked as a cleaner at a gym for 20 years now, watched plenty of people fail and succeed, my advice is watch the Athlean-X YouTube channel. The point of his channel isn't bodybuilding but lean muscle. And he points out a lot of mistakes and how to avoid injuries. A lot of the biggest guys at the gym do dangerous stuff because they want fast gains and are on serious steroids which help them recover from injuries faster. Don't do what they do. I've seen so many users and dealers pass though over the years.
Check reddit.com/r/fitness. They have nice beginner programs. And there is no "good" routine. You'd need something based on your height, weight, age, your goals etc
THE ONE PUNCH MAN WORKOUT ROUTINE 100 MOUSE CLICKS 100(minutes) or more Sit-DOWNS 100 comments 10KM mouse wheel scrolling (that’s 6.2 miles) Repeat 7 days a week. That’s it!
Ask a gym instructor or any member that has been there longer than anyone, they will gladly help you out and teach you the right form doing it..
My serious suggestion is to take a day to focus on one area at a time if you are planning to go several times in a week. One day for legs, the next for core, exedra. this keeps any one area of your body from getting exhausted too quickly from day to day.
