I personally don't care too much about the ads since I'm a multitasker and hardly pay any attention to the ads. Especially with my new phone, I can have two apps running in split screen. Unfortunately this may not be an option for you.

 

Hasn't it already been adwalled. Some series the latest 2 chapter or 4.

I do Hate QI for the way it's tried to walk over all the TL groups, also treatment the TL'ers with slave contracts and it's stealing of works it's sold rights to etc etc,
but I do have to agree on whats the problem with waiting 8 second's if your going to read something off their site and then skipping as pointed out nikomaru with their post

no matter what it's better than a paywall and your at least giving something to the tl'er's + editors, if you chose to read on their site
i'm still a lot happier reading of WW but ren still hasn't fixed the bad ad's for god knows how long now

 

I wouldn't mind it if they stick to silent gif-style ads. But there are some very loud ads, and it kinds of get old after seeing/hearing the same thing on repeat.

that i have to 100% argee on but have you noticed that the mute is in fact hidden behind the skip button ..the only way to by pass the problem is to mute the tabs in chremo/ firefox etc , but if you use windows 10 edge you can't mute tabs unless you install a free 3rd party app called eartrumpet ( which stated out on gubit, but you van now get for free in the windows store ..it's well worth getting anyway as it also will do other stuff on the pc

 

I agree. I'm not 100% against ads, but I pretty much have to mute my phone whenever I want to read the latest chapter at night or in public space to avoid disturbing others.

 

I do believe that you can mute tabs on the phone versions of chrome/firefox/ ( full )opera not mini, for once not got the phone next to me so I can't tell you a 100%
