Playing the Windows 7 version on advanced mode, my legit/no restarts/no random clicks fastest time is 180. I don't allow myself to guess unless there is absolutely no choice since sometimes there is only one bomb and two unknown and unmarked spots that can't be calculated. My good day scores when I win are in the 190s. my basic average is around 220 to 280. Update. I'm not kidding. This is for perceptive and proof. Spoiler I get a lot of 50/50 bomb scenarios. There is usually at least one, maybe more.
Which grid are you using? I'm usually playing on a 16*30 grid with 99 mines. I think my best was around 260 (really lucky with the grid), but I usually hover around 300.
hooooo. . . . i got the knack on that game!!! my fasfest is 3 sec!!!! imagine that!!! can you beat that!!? and i got a good percentage of it, why? when i played 100x, 55-67 of the 100 games i always hit it! hut what? the mines of ourse. . . i always hit the.!! hahahaha am i not awesome? on that many targets i always hit the jackpot at almost 70% accuracy!!!! wahahahahahaha
I play it with 100 mines but the game sometimes give me only 99 mines so I couldn’t complete it..... orz
I tend to play intermediate as I can complete it frequently because it can be frustrating in advanced when you end up with the few 'take a 50/50' choices that show up.
Hello there fellow minesweeper! I played minesweeper all the time when I'm on pc, either to just idly pass the time or when I just need to think without distraction but my hand wants to move. I only played the intermediate level, cuz it's easier to play without paying any attention to the board. Number of matches around 17k+, fastest time 26 seconds. Best regards!
I play minesweeper every now and then, on advanced fastest time is 129 seconds and average time 170 seconds. Novice is 6 seconds.
My best time on advanced was pretty terrible, 347s IIRC. My average was along the lines of 640s or so. I really liked to try beating my times at the beginner one though, my best was 9s! It's a pretty neat time that I have a lot of pride in!
I used to play it in my Windows 3.1 rig. I hated it. Tried it again from time to time, but no, never grew on me. I hate games which gives the option of 'not able to complete' or 'doomed if you push through'. I like my games to have a proper ending, whether good or bad. Deliberating whether to open that last box or not is not my idea of fun. I don't like surprises. That's why I told my gf if she ever tries to throw me a surprise party, I will run away from home.
I tend to play that kind of game, since my childhood, but still i dont know how it really works. so hell hahaha
The number shows how many adjacent (diagonal included) to the clicked spot. Click with the right mouse button and you'll tag a spot as a mine, this helps you keep track of all mines on field.
