I am not sure if you want to roleplay or you are an agent of the nearby chemical plant saying "there is no such thing as chemical leaks" or "we don't dump our waste on rivers"
Frog has not yet cultivated his Dao far enough, only then can he consume a Golden Divine Shura Pellet allowing him to awaken his sacred bloodline, which will allow him to become sentient and communicate. Only then will he truly become a footnote in the cultivation world, with him contributing great merits and possibly even going further.
nah i think that it was hit by truck-san and it used to be an 8 legged frog in a parallel Earth where frogs where giant monsters that were worse than dragons.
