In a lot of these novels when a girl either blames the mc for something(he had nothing to do with) or when they're just teasing him the mcs always get flustered and hastily responds however whenever something like this happens in irl my response is to be (kinda) cold and calmly answer them then go back to what I was doing am I weird?

Or that's one girl who teasing me and I also just ignore her and walk away. And the same girl who teasing me tease my bishounen friend by calling him "Hello handsome!". So I try to tease her back by slightly blush and said "Thanks". And her response is priceless!! But my friends who is nearby and see that scene still act like they want to vomit whenever I said how handsome I was!

why not go along with the theasing? if you can turn the table along and make them blush like tsunderes it's amusing you know? when you encounter a real life tsundere maybe you will understand the charm.... i've experienced dating two tsunderes by chance (didn't know they're tsundere before i asked them out) and some tsundere friends. well, their reactions aren't as exaggerated as in fictions but still, they're cute
If it's in real life, depends on the person. If it's someone I don't know or not really close to, I ignore them.. If it's someone I knew well, I go along with it..
1 or 3. Depends on what you call "tease". Like someone is making a joke, and it's funny, you go along with it. Or maybe they didn't really make a joke, but you make a witty comment and it turns into a joke. If it's just dumb shit and you want the hoe to stfu, then ignore or give a sarcastic/cynical response. That said I don't have a lot of experience with girls outside of crowds.
