I got two pop-up's from my adblocker about mining just now. so there's either one ad twice or two ads that are mining.

Adblock only removes the element containing the ad. It doesnt remove the script.

true, i deleted my comment after noticing how dumb it was xd. i found more about the issue here
    http://quickremovevirus.com/how-can-i-get-rid-of-securepubads-g-doubleclick-net/
(but i don't really trust this info, seems shitty.)
"Securepubads.g.doubleclick.net is a dangerous redirect virus generated by adware, which puts tons of ads to harass you."

but some other people says its a browser hijacker link like cm-g-doubleclick-net, camouflaged to look like a google adware.

prob a case of bad ads

but i couldn't find any mining scripts, like in volaire, and if there is indeed a mining script, its one that connects to a page that runs it (securepubads-g-doubleclick-net in this case).

This is incorrect DoubleClick is part of Google. You just had the bad luck that it contained a malicious ad with a JS Miner.

I'll say again here what I already said in another thread close to this one:

No, we don't have such things and I would never put or/and wouldn't be able even if I wanted since I have no idea how to create such shitty things.

Otherwise, it seems it is only a few people getting those and many do not have such issues so I highly suspect your browser has a malicious plugin on it or such.

In the worst case, just disable java script in the browser setting (although our ad revenues would go down in this case but what can we do?)

PS: I don't have any cryptocurrency wallet and don't support any cryptocurrency at all.
PS2: No I don't think we've been hijacked or anything. If it was, it would be the case for almost everybody connecting to the website

    take a look at this.

Here's the imgur image of the js file redirection and the js file/script where coinhive is mentioned.

It is, indeed, a mining script.
Not sure if it's linked, but my adblock actually blocked 1878 things.

You might want to use the actual google adsense code instead of a third-party ad rotation code. Looks like that widget was "adrotate" by AJdG Solutions. They might have put a coinminer on their ad rotation.

Google adsense and other reputable ads should be fine...

    Hi,

DoubleClick is Google's adserver, doesn't mean they're ads from Google.

A lot of sites which serve 'bad ads' use DoubleClick as a adserving tool.

There are a lot of adserving platforms out there, so I do not suggest only looking at that one.
