So some background on this I stayed awake 24hrs and just had a quick 4 hour nap, I'm still tired and can't decide what I should do, I have a few choices right now 1.I can sleep now and possibly mess up my sleep schedule 2. I can stay awake and sleep after 12am 3. I can stay awake and sleep after 10pm 4. I can stay awake and try to sleep sometime later but fail and continue to mess up my schedule
Sleep now if you don't have any schedule, then sleep again at night it will work as long as you close your eyes, I had experience it.
You can sleep now. To fix your schedule do something strenuous 4 hrs before you sleep then you'd be tired so you sleep like a rock. I do that to fix my schedule.
If you feel like you can sleep now then do it. If you stay up til 12 youmre not gonna be tired and stay up
as someone who has a really irregular sleeping pattern due to slight insomnia because of chronic pain id say the best option for you is to either struggle through it and go to sleep early the next night or go sleep now and set an alarm( you will be a zombie for the rest of the day BUT going to sleep the next night will probably work)
The sky is darkening with rain cloud gathering. Temperature dropping and so as my eyes dropping. my body is tiring, and my mind blanking, picking my blanket and covering my body, closing my eyes and say it's time to sleep.
Ummm, you just stayed awake for 24 hours and you're saying that you still haven't messed up your sleeping schedule?
