    People are telling people to just filter them. I don't like them, but I'm not filtering them. Why? Because I want to see if my prediction of Qidian one day occupying the whole front page with their locked chapters and discouraging new readers from ever visiting novelupdates come true.

    No, no. I'm not saying I want new readers to not visit novelupdates anymore, I'm saying it's going to happen. And I want to be there to say, "I've told you so."

    I don't really care about it as long I got something to read. If there are obstruction to read it, then I'll drop it. QI wants to rise by translating it's books, but that doesn't mean it got all the good ones. Somehow I think, they don't know how to pick the good ones out of the whole lots from the main Qidian.

    Well, they sure loves spamming they're name (wish all of it were likable), but they might live longer because of their biased fans.

    That's why I have adwall chapters filtered on the homepage.

    If I want to read something that's behind an adwall I'll see it in my lists.

    Well since time is one of precious asset of my life, rather than read novel with repetitive face slapping (lohp too), its better to use my time to find better novel out there and fortunately its bore fruit

    Most likely they approach with qidian main site as basis. They think novel that popular in their site will got popular if its translated.
    Well spamming and bad pr still promote their name though

    Most cn yes and iras is same. He excel in something, got big, got problem, face slapping, expelled from industry, move to another industry. Repeat

    That Ok! Because most of the translated stuffs source are like. It is a fact we have accepted. Aggregator sites are counter active to makes translators feel deceived and sad, we don't want sad translators as if there passion fades this community loses a prominent member. Yeah qidian being qidian can survive if aggregators exist, translators doing this as a hobby will not! Also just qidian will change everything for many people if they get habituated.....

    now QI android app has 0.5M - 1M installs

    when that number reach 1M - 5M catogory, it is the day QI completely don't need NU anymore, which i think will happens in the first half of years (QI already don't post on NU anymore)
