As one and the only site that support on translation team and host manga of another language (other than english), bato.to was unforgettable website with long history, started from translation team to web that host thousand manga from small team to the big ones. Well, 2018 was the end of such a great website, bato.to. Good bye, and thanks for everything. You have brought us many wonderful thing. I couldn't remember much when the first time I visit bato.to ... I guess when I was searching Naruto manga or something, was it one piece!? I don't particularly remember but I remember the first time I visit bato.to when I was in early highschool. So, have you ever use bato.to? when the first time you visit it? what manga that brought you there? Yes, I know that the site still going to up till 25 jan before ultimately shutdown, and (possibly) the forum still going to active as long as possible (said grumpy)
Only read the manga about pokemon trainer Gold and his girlfriend that is a team magma. Never been used to using batoto to be honest. The fox is much easier to use.
Wasn’t batoto the site that everyone claimed stole a ton of translations? Never mind I was thinking of tazmo
the first time I read manga actually on Fox too, and then I use Here. but, as soon as I found out that bato.to have the fastest release and better quality, I stay there for quite a long time (sometime I jump to Here just to see "tsukkomi" on manga that I like, lol, because all of those comment are funny as hell)
just use mangarock. i like the reader and all my booksmarks are in that place, so i can't be bothered
WOA WOA WOA SON! where the hell you heard that? bato.to was a hosting site, people (translation team) post there by their own will. for and example, like doulo dalu manhua at first was posted there before the translation team decide to made their own site and only post it on their own website.
>_> who is "everyone"? and no. Bato posted translations with permission from translators. Split ad revenue and stuff.
mune starde at One. . . then it closed down then i transferred to Fox and also Here oh also there's the Reader. . . now i just browse somewhere Hakihom. . . uhhh something Purur*n~ tehee~
It seems you've been misinformed. Batoto hosts manga chapters giving full credits to the translators and gives part of the profits to the said translators. Batoto also follows the author's wishes if he/she does not want his/her work posted online.
While that was the initial idea, I'm pretty sure they shelved it after the logistics of it turned into too much of a headache for the small staff pool to deal with. Plus the whole legal grey area that scanslations have always been in.
back then Puru*** was dead and I use Fakk* but after Fakk* legalize their translation I move to EXH same thing happen when churchiroll decide to officialize themself. I'm broke student ... and still. Edit: oh wait, I use Fakk* first and then Puru*** then back again to Fakk*.
