Discussion Need help with a name of a specific monster

So, I have the description down for a specific monster I had in mind for my short novel. The monsters are factory-produced by recycling human bodies and injecting them with something made from the mixture of human blood, melted down human corpses, and some sort of parasitic fluid. The monsters can see but cannot hear and they don't eat humans.

What type of name can this monster have? Or is there an existing one you guys may know? The closest thing I can think of is Abomination, but there are differences that makes it not fit well with the description. I've also thought Android, but there isn't anything robotic involved. Any suggestions?

Ummm... is your monster a solid human form or just a blood blob slime? Corpse slime?

 

I can't think of anything specific but it depends on what you want them to seem like. If I were to be embroiled in a conflict with them I would probably choose to call them something derogatory that emphasizes their weakness, or something that reminds me or their strengths/habits. Depends on wether you want it to seem like something easily manageable or something you really need to be careful of.

Edit: From the way you've described them I don't really think of them as monsters? I mean they don't eat people, so what makes them monsters? That they are made from recycled human corpses? I could argue some people are too. But since you specifically said monsters, I really don't think anything specific fits. Homonculus doesn't really carry the connotation of monster to me, more artificial human, which again you specified monster.

Maybe something like Frankenstein (I know it's the doctor, but F*** it)?

Abomination should fit, since the name refers to how people react when they see it i.e. "wow that thing looks horrifying".

Corpse Puppet might work if you have a more scientific way of controlling it.

You should try looking at horror games bestiary, like last of us, doom, halflife, witcher etc, Im sure you will find something similar to what youve described.
