    Lolicons like girls with a petite physique, doesn't matter if shes underage or legal
    Pedophiles are more strictly geared to underage girls.

    There is one a pedophile is a criminal and a lolicon is not...
    The first one will touch/rape children but a lolicon will not...
    Did you not see this sentence " yes loli, no touch" or something in this meaning
